HAPPY THANKSGIVING!






































A toast is in order! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I hope we all have something in our lives that we are truly thankful for.

I am eternally grateful to everyone and I thank you for viewing my work and for leaving the wonderful and supportive comments that have done more to inspire me than you'll ever know.

I am incredibly thankful for this online artist community that I feel a part of. Despite the enormity of the blog-world, I feel there is a warm, sincere and welcoming intimacy here—made up of kind, gentle and giving people who share the gift of art, creating and life with each other.

And I thank you so much for being there.

Ok, yeah, one might detect the faint aroma of cheese in the air, but it's very sincere cheese I can assure you.

Himself is home on vaycay and happily a good number of sale paintings need to be prepared for shipping so posting a new piece of work or work in progress might take a few days. I haven't gone underground.

Again, thank you and I hope everyone enjoys their day.

    Love the painting, Suze - it's so warm and inviting and "you"! I wish you and all three boys a wonderful Thanksgiving. :)
    So we're really finished with GUNKIE jokes, and NOW we are into CHEESE????

    happy Thanksgiving Suz! and what a wonderful painting to celebrate it: there is an old Buddhist saying that a candle by shedding light loses nothing itself, referring to the sharing of knowledge.

    Well I LOVE cheese, lol! And I think it is a real shame we don't have a Thanksgiving here in the UK. Still, thanks to the land of Blog, we get to share a little of yours with you and I thank you for that. I also thank you for being such an enormous source of inspiration and for sharing your amazing art work with us.
    I LOVE this one! I LOVE the candle! I think it is absoloutely beautiful. I could almost feel the heat from the candle. Wonderful! :0D

    What a beautiful blend of hot and cold! I had to giggle in delight at those wonderful greens and purples in the ice cubes and reflections. Your work always puts a giant smile on my face and inspiration in my heart.
