MOSES BOTKIN CHALLENGE January

"SPILLAGE"  5x7" oil on canvas  $85.00
SOLD

It's that time again! This month's theme, given to the group by it's leader, Diana, was "plastic bag." We were to capture the "clear bag and what's inside." I really enjoyed this one. A pain-free challenge is my kinda challenge.

Also, we welcomed new members Mary Maxam and Becky Joy!

Enjoy and thanks for stopping by:

  1. Gosh! I cannot believe that what you painted is really a painting! It looks so real, as if you were opening a treasure that you just bought!
    So perfect!
And we enjoyed the other entries too! How fun to come up with these ideas!

  2. Great challenge and I have to say your painting is really outstanding - plus I imagine you are one lucky lady to have this necklace in your jewelry box :) I loved the little wrinkles tritych, too; I really enjoy it when an artist takes something ordinary and makes it extraordinary!

  6. Inspiring! It looks so real! I love not just the necklace in the bag, but the surface it sits on too. The glass gem on the necklace is absolutely beautiful as is the silver around the pendant. I must try something like this one day :0)
