30 PAINTINGS IN 30 DAYS Nine

Eggs and floating faces will clearly be my fall back positions, but at least I'm actually painting, right? The Challenge honeymoon is over my friends. I wanna tap out. But I won't. I promised himself I would complete this and I will. (who said that?)

Seriously, what was I thinking? Although I must admit, this is the part that I love. Posting yet another finished painting and then planning my next two. I still can't believe I'm actually doing this! Thank you again for your support!

  6. Eggs make a perfect fall back as they have universal appeal and they seem to float effortlessly off your brush.

Second week stress is common, so push through it, you will do this! How about another pup? I can't resist their sweet faces and curled tails. :)

  7. Awesome!!! And it's good to have a fall back - Sometimes I think it benefits an Artist to have a subject they paint a lot because it sort of makes them recognizable... Anyway, my hat goes off to you - You are chucking out some awesome work and what is really amazing is that the quality of work you are producing, hasn't gone down in the slightest! :0)

  8. Great eggs. Perfect colors. I only get yolks that rich color with free rangers. I go to farmers market for those.
You are a third of the way through. Good for you. I did the other two challenges which had me so busy I couldn't get round to seeing all the other artists work... feeling quite happy I am able to now.

  11. Small is good - small paintings of anything simple and easy to do without must stress. You can do it! Love the eggs of all kinds and really laughed about the floating face saying, "What was I thinkin'???" Your sense of humor shines through!
